Welcome to the GTRP Data Archive

This site houses the digital archive of the ethnographic Gwembe Tonga (Zambia) Research Project (GTRP). Currently, only data collected through Lisa Cliggett's research (since 1994) is housed here. Long term plans include digitizing, depositing and linking data collected through the research of Elizabeth Colson and Thayer Scudder. Anonymized examples of Professor Cliggett's data are accessible to the broader public. Scholars and others seeking access to the GTRP must submit a formal request, with details of planned use of the data, to Professor Cliggett at lisa.cliggett@uky.edu.
